Rainbow of Colors

Author: Horrorfan13

I can't remember too many events from my early childhood. Only what people have told me have become my memories. But there is _one_ thing that I clearly remember. And it has to do with kindergarten. I remember my teacher clearly. She was kind and gentle with each and every student, no matter how unruly. I vaguely remember the classroom with its peachy colored walls. And the floors. The ugly green and black asbestos-filled tiles. And the coatroom with its little open lockers for lunch and coats. But all this pales in comparison to the only bit of teaching that I specifically remember. In order to learn our colors, we used to sing a song. I believe at the end of each, too. _Red and yellow and pink and green. Purple and orange and blue. You can sing a rainbow, sing a rainbow, sing a rainbow too. Listen with your eyes, listen with your eyes and see everything you see. I can sing a rainbow, sing a rainbow, sing a rainbow too._
