Hit And Miss

Author: punpun

Absence makes the heart grow fonder. I missed the way you made me feel like dirt. The way you, like children in a garden unknowingly trampled upon my snail's shell. I missed you. I missed the way you always filled me with the feeling of drowning, of an endless swim towards the shore, the feeling of drifting aimlessly in the middle of the sea. When you finally left my life, when you had to go home from the garden, from your trip to my beach, when you had no more reasons to stay in my world, I found that I had loved you once.
